After several seasons of upheavals and river, the upcoming fashion Week Week A/W 2025 will start the puzzle parts when a series of creative directors begin their terms in some of the most famous brands in the world. These include Sarah Burton in Givenchy, Haider Ackermann with Tom Ford and Veronica Leoni at Calvin Klein (for Matthieu Blazys debut in Chanel we have to wait until September).
It ensures a fascinating season of shows that, on the other hand, contains a handful of remarkable absences from the schedule: Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and Willy Chavarria will skip New York; Molly Goddard and JW Anderson will take the season in London. Loewe is currently not presented on site during his time in Paris. What this means for the coming seasons remains to be seen, although none of the movements will be permanent (as such, September will undoubtedly turn out to be far more busy).
Elsewhere, it will be co-ed shows for Gucci and Fendi in Milan (the latter its 100th anniversary in the financial year), big ticket shows by Burberry, Prada, Chanel, Miu Miu and Saint Laurent, while rising stars Paolo Carzana, Hodakova, Hodakova marked, marked. and Duran Lantink (the last wallpaper winners of the Wallpaper* Design Awards) will bring new energy to their respective cities.
Start later this week in New York, before a break until later a month for London, Milan and Paris, you will find the wallpaper manual for the women’s fashion week A/W 2025.
Women’s Fashion Week A/W 2025: Everything you need to know
New York Fashion Week (February 6th – 11th 2025)
While the rest of the fashion capitals shifted a week later to reflect the men’s fashion and couture time plans at the beginning of this year, the New York Fashion Week has remained fixed in early February. This means that it is essentially alone this season: London takes place ten days after the New York Fashion Week ended (it is usually only a few days later), with Milan and Paris without a break. It is fair to say that the move this season made a somewhat reduced schedule with some remarkable absences, including the American designer Willy Chavarria, which was awarded the CFDA, which instead showed during the Paris Fashion Week Herren A/W 2025 and Tommy Hilfiger , the one, the, the, that, that, that, the, the, the, the one who organized his S/S 2025 show in a former state of Iceland Ferry (Ralph Lauren is also missing after his takeover of Hamptons last season).
Calvin Klein’s return will offer the greatest moment of the week when the American Powerhouse stage was adopted its first Runway show since Raf Simons in 2018 as a creative director. The revision is led by Veronica Leoni, an Italian designer who worked at Jil Sander, Celine (during the term of the term of Phoebe Philo) and the series before starting 2021 Quira (she received a nomination for LVMH Prize for the Junge Label in 2023 ). Little is known about the direction in which she will take Calvin Klein – her official title is Creative Director of Calvin Klein Collections – although all the eyes are aimed at her on February 7th. Elsewhere, both Christopher John Rogers and Thom Browne with New York Stalwarts Tory Burch, Michael Kors, Eckhaus Latta, Khaite and coach will return to the runway (the latter after a break).

London Fashion Week (February 21 – 24, 2025)
The London Fashion Week is also missing a handful of names this season – including Molly Goddard, Aaron Esh, Chopova Lowena, SS Daley and especially JW Anderson (Jonathan Anderson also pressed a break on his men’s fashion show for the simultaneous label). Marco Capaldos, with the fashion price, the 16arlington label also changed from the main plan and presented itself on an intimate dinner on the evening of January 22nd. The reduced schedule speaks for the growing difficulties to promote an independent label in London. Many designers choose a seasonal season (expect the September issue that the September issue is a more busy affair).

Burberry will remain the biggest draw by London Fashion Week. Daniel Lee shows his latest collection for the British Heritage brand in an after and sentence). Other highlights are shows by the Stalwart designer of the week Simone Rocha, Roksanda and Erdem, while a new class of talents about the latest edition of Lulu Kennedy’s Talent Incubator Fashion Ost and the annual Central Saint Martins Ma Show is presented. However, when it comes to emerging stars, we have an eye on Paolo Carzana, whose intimate show in his own garden in East London was an undeniable highlight of last season.

Milan Fashion Week (February 25 – March 2, 2025)
The Milan Fashion Week begins this season in the afternoon of February 25, when Sabato de Sarno will show its latest collection for Gucci. After the show did not show during the menswear month at the beginning of this year, it will present the A/W 2025 offer of the house and the Womenswear offers at the same time (as such you can expect a blockbuster with a number of stars in the house of the house. Fendi will also present a co-ed collection about a special show in its renovated headquarters about solar, which marks the 100th year of the Roman house. The procedure is led by Silvia Venturini Fendi, artistic director of accessories and menswear, after the departure of the artistic director of women’s clothing, Kim Jones, at the end of last year. So far, the house has not announced plans for the celebration, but according to Fendi’s earlier event, as is a street blocking of 2022 New York, the 25 years of baguette was probably spectacular.
Expect the usual occupation of Italian mega brands elsewhere: Prada, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani and Ferragamo will show Bottega Veneta during the week after the end of Matthieu Blazy and the subsequent appointment of Louise Trota. Will take a season break (a look book will include a collection of the interim design team). In the meantime, Missoni will announce a new era under Alberto Caliri, a long -time designer of the Italian knitted goods house, the Filippo Grazioli. Caliri will organize his debut show on the evening of February 28th.

Paris Fashion Week (March 3 – 11, 2025)
As always, Paris will organize the final leg of the fashion month with a packed nine -day schedule, which will include Sarah Burton’s highly expected debut collection on March 7 (the British designer was previously with Alexander McQueen for 26 years. Including 13 as creative director) . Haider Ackermann will also mark his debut at Tom Ford, a step that had the approval of the house founder of the same name, who started in April 2023 to pursue other projects. “I have been a big fan of Haider’s work for a long time,” said Ford after the announcement last September. “We share many of the same historical references, and I couldn’t be more excited to see what he is doing with the brand. I suspect that I will be the first on my feet that applauds after his show in March. ‘Julian Klausner will also organize his debut show for Dries van Noten on March 5.
We have to wait a little longer for some of the other regime changes: Matthieu Blazy will not show his debut collection for Chanel until September and leave the A/W 2025 collection in the hands of the provisional design team of the house. In the meantime, Loewe -in the rumors about Creative Director Jonathan Anderson’s next steps, speaks to spend this season after a similar break during the men’s fashion week last month. There is still a lot to see: Alaïa, who traditionally showed during the haute couture week, will join the schedule for the survey March (normally it concludes the procedure next to Chanel and Miu Miu on the last day). Other highlights are Hodakova and Duran Lantink, Alessandro Michele’s second collection for Valentino, and a no-double show stop by Saint Laurent, who will close the week on the evening of March 11th.
