Charli XCX kept her beauty simple and yet effective with flowing, central waves created by the celebrity stylist Bryce Scarlett for loan, as well as a Valentino beauty Nude Lip and smoked cat eye liners. “We were inspired by the exaggerated femininity of her dress and wanted to balance her hair with beautiful, lived Gothic curls,” says Scarlett in a statement about the look.
The artist Nina Park wanted the star to look like she was sleeping in her make -up. “Fresh, shining and shaped skin was the key that held the basic light and was mixed seamlessly,” says Park. “The gently smoked eyes add exactly the right amount of sultry intensity, which is balanced by brushed brows and a naked lip for a modern, sophisticated finish that is effortlessly chic and cool.”
